FOOD TURNS INTO FEELINGS
Good Health provides and facilitates groups to educate and support our clients. Groups consist of a combination of peers and experts, and all groups are designed for participants to safely share and process their challenges while receiving tools to address those challenges and improve overall well-being.
Groups promote the six pillars of lifestyle medicine, and discussions are centered around the importance of good nutrition, adequate sleep, low stress, physical activity, positive social connections, and avoidance of risky substances.
The relationship between poor nutrition and poor health. Participants learn the connection between ultra-processed foods and poor mental health. Tools are provided to assist clients with the avoidance of ultra-processed foods, and there are fun activities such as cooking and shopping.

The importance of sleep is emphasized, and activities to encourage sleep are assigned and discussed.
Restorative Sleep
This is the space to introduce the Services section. Briefly describe the types of services offered and highlight any special benefits or features.
Stress Management
All groups have outdoor time and activities. There is an emphasis on sunlight, and outdoor activities are encouraged.
Physical Activity
Groups discuss the importance of healthy relationships and friendships. Time with friends and family is encouraged.
Positive Social Connections
Groups learn to avoid risky substances such as alcohol, tobacco, and other harmful substances.

These groups are designed for individuals recovering from or managing substance use disorders. Participants explore the connection between substance use and overall health, with a strong emphasis on nutrition, physical activity, and building supportive social networks. Sessions are structured to encourage resilience, foster accountability, and provide tools for long-term well-being.
Support for expectant and new mothers to navigate pregnancy and early parenthood with a focus on stress, sleep, and social connections.
